Canola Meal

Various Origins Available

Ground breaking advances in plant breeding have made canola meal one of the most widely used protein sources for animal feed around the world.

Canola meal is palatable, with an excellent amino acid profile and low levels of glucosinolates. When used in dairy rations, it can increase milk production by one litre of milk, per cow, per day. Canola meal can be used in all stages of production for swine and poultry and is also commonly used in fish feed.

Soy Bean Meal

Various Origins Available

Soy Bean Meal is the by-product of the extraction of soy bean oil.

Several processes exist, resulting in different products. Soy bean meal is usually classified for marketing by its crude protein content.

There are two main categories of soy bean meal, the “high-protein” soy bean meal with 47-49% protein and 3% crude fibre, obtained from dehulled seeds, and the “conventional" soy bean meal, with 43-44% protein, that contain the hulls.

In solvent-extracted soy bean meals, the oil content is typically lower than 2% while it exceeds 3% in mechanically-extracted meals (Cromwell, 2012).

Corn Gluten Meal

Various Origins Available

Corn gluten meal is a by-product of the manufacture of maize starch (and sometimes ethanol) by the wet-milling process. Corn gluten meal is a protein-rich feed, containing about 60% crude protein (DM), used as a source of protein, energy and pigments for livestock species including fish. It is also valued in pet food for its high protein digestibility.

Corn DDGS (US Origin)

High Digestibility / Top Quality

Co-Product vs By-Product
When the ethanol industry was getting started, the distillers grains and distillers corn oil were considered a waste product and something to try to discard.

However, as livestock producers and nutritionists identified the characteristics of these products, the value of the products for livestock nutrition increased.

Digestibility
Several studies have demonstrated smaller particle size improves the energy value of distillers grains. It is thought the increase in energy is related to increasing the exposure of nutrients to digestive enzymes as well as increased rate of passage. The particle size of our DDGS process is more than 30% smaller than our competitors. This represents a key differentiator and value added characteristic!

Rice DDGS

High Protein Value | Poultry Meal Alternative

(Rice Distilled Dried Grains - 60%)
This is a high nutrient by-product feed ingredient for Aqua/Shrimp/Cattle and Poultry Feed.
It is a by-product of the Ethanol extraction from rice grains. It is microbial free with a high percentage of KoH Solubility and high percentage of Pepsin Digestibility which enables a high protein absorption.
Protein value is 60% min which compares favourably with Poultry Meal and especially with its cost-effective delivery of protein.

Tapioca Residue Pellets

Origin: Thailand

Tapioca or Cassava is an important raw material in many industries, including animal feed, alcohol, and food industry. Tapioca roots can be transformed or processed in many ways. Due to suitable climate in Thailand, Tapioca has been widely planted across the country and Thailand is one of the biggest producers and exporters of Tapioca products for many years.
